Differentia Engineering & Construction is a 100% blackowned, youth owned company established in 2018, out of the need to create sustainable employment and participate in the country’s mainstream economy through engineering and construction. Though we are focused on better and quality services, we are also interested in skills redistribution to previously disadvantaged individuals.
We are an engineering and construction company, specializing primarily on building, steel supply, refurbishment of office parks, commercial buildings and governmental structures, both for private and public sector within the borders of South Africa. With a great team, we do extend our services to other areas of engineering and construction not mentioned above.
Differentia Engineering & Construction constitute of a team of Consulting Civil & Mechanical Engineers, Project Managers, Specialist Resource Suppliers and builders. This strong infrastructure assists Differentia Engineering & Construction in executing projects of any magnitude while adhering to quality standards and customers specifications. And for quality assurance, we are also working hard in registration and renewal of our accreditations with relevant bodies such as CIDB, NHRBC and other bodies governing our area of expertise.
Bonolo is a qualified chartered accountant and registered auditor having completed his articles at Deloitte and Touché. He is a businessman and has lectured financial reporting and management accounting at the University of South Africa as well as guest lectured entrepreneurship at Wits University.
He was recognized by SAICA as one of the top 35 Chartered Accountants under 35 in South Africa. He is a member of the Black Business Council and is active in policy making and inputs to government. He is a previous partner at QA Auditors Inc.
His time at Deloitte revolved around clients in public sector, mining, manufacturing and financial services including listed clients such as Steinhoff, Astrapak and Eastplats Mining.
He currently serves on the council of the Central Johannesburg College (12 000 students). He serves on the audit and risk committee as well as on the finance committee and the innovation committee of council.
